Hierarchical Cluster Analysis of Coronae
If you wish, cluster analysis of coronae distribution will be done on all of the selected coronae, or the first 150, whichever is less. This limit is set because of the length of time the clustering would take with larger size populations. For example, clustering 150 points takes about 3 seconds, but clustering 900 points takes about 6 minutes.
